Ray Ray's Chicken Shack

The food was very good. The chicken was very tender and juicy and the fries were perfectly seasoned. I also enjoyed the slaw and the chocolate shake was delicious. The people were very nice and attentive. The assistant general manager was very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back. Decent size portions of food for reasonable prices.

Delicious chicken sandwich & delightful macaroni & cheese! Ate here for the 1st time a few days ago & was taken back by the helpful, polite & nice restaurant staff. They were very patient with me seeing this was my 1st time eating here. The food was delicious but my rating definitely goes to the staff, they were genuinely kind. Thank you all!

I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich combo to go. The worker at the counter was cordial, and the food was cooked in a short time. The sandwich was of a comparable size to a Zaxby's or KFC sandwich. The chicken was moist, tasted very good, and the fries as well. Recommend to get them extra crispy, by the way. Recommended.

We went by last night to get a to go order. Lots of people, but service was great and wait time was not as long as I thought it would be. Food was great! Chicken strips with teriyaki and mac and cheese was delicious! We also got the shack attack with fries. Will definitely be back. Sweet tea needed to steep a little longer it was kinda weak but at the rate people were eating they probably were running out. Lol We have now been back 3 times and we love this place. Has never disappointed us!

Our first time here & it did not disappoint. Hubby got the traditional wings & tore them up! I had the tenders & they were incredibly juicy. Kayla was amazing & super friendly. We will definitely be back

Welcome to Randleman, Ray Ray's! Yesterday we visited for the first time & we're back again today! Parking is nice & accessible. When you first enter, you order in the front, fast food style, then seat yourself until they call your name & they'll bring it to your table. The menu is small- medium size, but with this good food, nothing more is really needed. The fries are perfectly seasoned, the slaw tastes really fresh, & the mac-n-cheese is good in spite of being a mix. Good quality. The environment was nice, appropriate & clean. Yesterday was completely slammed, yet the employees were friendly, competent & efficiently navigated the crowd in a very timely fashion. Today wasn't quite as busy, but I was probably most impressed that the employees stayed busy cleaning the dining area, welcoming & positively interacting with patrons & offering refills. A lovely young lady, Kala recognized us from our prior visit & was positively beaming & friendly. She exuded pride, optimism & positive morale in her workplace, which was a breath of fresh air. GM, Kevin Fryer, came to our table, warmly greeting us, thanked us for coming & asked about our experience. The customer service was positively impeccable! ... And then there's the frozen custard, not to be confused with soft serve or just vanilla ice cream... just do it! It's delicious!

We've been there 4 times already. My husband and I like to share a 10 piece tender combo with honey mustard dip, French fries, and Mac n cheese. The tenders are so good they pretty much melt in your mouth. The French fries are perfection and the Mac n cheese is the best we've had anywhere. This place just might put KFC out of business!
